ProductAdvantage is the annual maintenance plan for ProcessPro® software. ProductAdvantage provides customers with a cost-effective way to stay up-to-date with the latest software releases. Clients who have an active ProductAdvantage plan will receive all product releases, such as build updates, service packs, patches, and version upgrades, in addition to other discounts. The renewal fees for ProductAdvantage are 18% of the current retail price of ProcessPro® software.

Enhancement Requests

The Enhancement Request Program is part of our ongoing commitment to developing ProcessPro® software to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. It gives our clients a formal way of communicating suggestions for product improvements and enhancements.

To use the ProcessPro Enhancement Program, fill out our Enhancement Request Form. This will submit each of your product suggestions, and you'll receive an e-mail message and reference number confirming receipt of your request.

All product enhancement requests will be reviewed and discussed each month by ProcessPro’s Planning Committee. Although we cannot guarantee that any given request will be selected, we will give all submitted requests due consideration.
